My Pets


Most who know me are keenly aware that I have been fit most of my life. I was blessed with a metabolism from hell and could eat whatever and whenever I wanted and struggled to gain weight. 

When I was nine months pregnant with my son Matthew I got up to a whopping 121 pounds. His birth weight was 7 lbs 5.5 ounces. Respectable even though all the doctors worried that I didn’t gain enough. I was back down to 105 lbs two weeks later.

Recently I’ve received several short stories or funny photographs of people whose personalities are like, or look like their dogs. Some of them have been humorous and I have to wonder just how ‘doctored’ the photos were to make the resemblance between canine and human so remarkable.
