Beginning the Harvest by Susan R. Stoltz
 
Although early in the season for most of what I planted things are finally coming round to the point where I can harvest enough of something to actually use in a meal.

Blackberries and Raspberries by Susan R. Stoltz

Well, the time has come that we are finally getting produce from our garden.  It's been a windy summer here so some of the bushes had the blooms blown right off of them.  The blackberries and raspberries have finally come
into their own. 

We have 37 tomatoes on the vines with about 150 more blooms.  It helps that I planted 38 tomato plants.  The peppers are finally turning red and we've had lots of servings of the sugar snap peas.  They suffered, however, in the record heat of this past month.The broccoli is about to take over as well(...)
